Welcome to MKG Collection's website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use MKG Collection's website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS | Effective 2025

 

By booking a stay at any property managed by MKG Collection, LLC.  ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the primary guest and all individuals in their party (collectively, "Guests") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. By completing a reservation, all Guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

 

1. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS & PAYMENT

1.1. All reservations require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking as specified in the listing.

1.2. Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and a security deposit, if required.

1.3. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

 

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

2.1. Cancellations made 1 week before check-in are eligible for a full/partial refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be refunded.

2.2. No-shows or early departures will not receive refunds.

2.3. Any refund disputes must be handled directly with the Company.

 

3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

3.1. Check-in time is 3PM, and check-out is by 12PM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

3.2. Guests must return all keys, fobs, and access devices upon check-out.

 

4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES & PROPERTY DAMAGE

4.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.

4.2. Any damage caused to the property, its contents, or surrounding areas by any Guest is the financial responsibility of the primary Guest who booked the stay.

4.3. If damage is found upon check-out, repair/replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the security deposit.

4.4. Guests must notify the Company immediately of any damage or incidents.

5. RULES & RESTRICTIONS

5.1. No smoking is allowed inside the property. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for violations.

5.2. No unauthorized parties or events are allowed unless explicitly approved in writing.

5.3. Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules.

5.4. Pets are only allowed if specified in the property listing and approved by the Company.

5.5. Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level, especially between 10PM-8AM.

 

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

6.1. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and release the Company from liability for injuries, accidents, theft, or loss of personal property.

6.2. The Company is not responsible for weather-related cancellations or interruptions in utilities.

6.3. The use of any amenities, including pools, spas, or fitness equipment, is at Guests' own risk.

 

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

7.1. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through direct communication between the parties.

7.2. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled exclusively through binding arbitration in Florida.

7.3. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator.

7.4. Guests waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

 

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, US.

8.2. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

 

9. MODIFICATIONS & ENFORCEMENT

9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will apply to all future bookings.

9.2. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in termination of the stay without refund.

 

By completing a booking, all Guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the primary Guest to ensure all members of their party understand and comply with these terms.
